Very slept on, even for a Bone album.
Released in 1996, this was the debut solo album from Bone Thugs n Harmony member, Flesh n bone. He was the first bone member to make a solo. The album ranges from topics of streetlife in Cleveland to poltitical problems facing the world today. "World So Cruel" describes these issues, while "Northcoast" and "The Silence Isnt over" are focused on street life. My favorite track is "Mystic Spirits", in which Flesh talks about being posessed by evil spirits. The beats are very haunting on most of the cuts. "Coming to Serve Ya" is hardcore gangsta rap. And fellow Bone members Krayzie Bone & Layzie Bone join Flesh on the album closer "Playahata". This is a great album, and very underrated, though its not the Bone album made. Recommended for sure.
